"/*" denote only some of the bass lines, B is the European H, and small-case letters are minor chords. As bm7 could perhaps D/B be used. D, A/C# and Adim/C could start from G string, 7th fret, and by Adim/C is meant only C & D#. Asus: actually another guitar plays Asus4 and another A11(?).
